Investor Relations Manager

As part of our expansion strategy and portfolio growth, we are inviting a highly professional and structured Investor Relations Manager (Client & Investment Service) to join our team.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience in client service, investor relations, or high-responsibility customer management roles
• Strong business communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage complex situations with professionalism and structure
• Advanced computer literacy; experience with CRM systems, ERP platforms, or financial software
• Strong attention to detail and document management discipline
• High level of client orientation and service quality mindset
• Persistence, responsibility, and process-driven approach

Considered an Advantage

• Higher education (Legal or Finance background preferred)
• Understanding of investment instruments (investment agreements, forward contracts, private placements, convertible instruments, etc.)
• Basic understanding of construction technologies and development processes
• Experience in real estate development, investment management, or corporate service environments
• Key Responsibilities
• Full-cycle investor support — from contract preparation to ownership transfer and final documentation
• Preparation, organization, and control of contractual and financial documentation (agreements, invoices, annexes, payment schedules, addendums)
• Monitoring receivables and managing investor payment follow-ups in coordination with Finance
• Handling inbound investor inquiries (calls, emails, requests) and providing structured consultation
• Coordination of ownership transfer process with legal department and notaries
• Collaboration with Legal, Finance, Asset Management, and Project Departments to ensure seamless process continuity
• Maintaining CRM records and structured investor documentation
• Collecting and reporting investor feedback to improve service quality and internal processes
