Position Overview

EACOM is seeking an experienced Site / Project Manager (Civil Works) to lead on-site civil works for an energy-related infrastructure project in Bijela, Herceg Novi.
The role is highly operational and site-oriented, focusing on execution, coordination, safety, quality, and progress control.

This position is intended for professionals who are comfortable managing construction activities on-site, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring disciplined project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and supervise daily civil works activities on site.
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
Ensure compliance with HSE standards, site discipline, and safety procedures.
Monitor construction quality and execution in line with drawings, methods, and specifications.
Plan and control resources: workforce, machinery, materials, and logistics.
Prepare regular progress reports (daily / weekly), including photo documentation.
Support measurements, site records, and basic technical documentation.
Identify risks, site constraints, and operational issues and propose solutions.
Ensure works are delivered on time, safely, and to required quality standards.

Requirements

Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent technical background (preferred).
Minimum 5+ years of experience in civil works (infrastructure, energy, or industrial projects).
Proven experience managing construction sites and subcontractors.
Strong practical knowledge of site operations, planning, quality control, and HSE.
Ability to work independently and make decisions under site conditions.
Willingness to work on-site in Bijela, Montenegro.
Valid driving license (Category B).

Advantage (Nice to Have)

Experience in energy, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
Familiarity with site documentation (daily logs, progress reports, measurements).
English language proficiency (knowledge of regional languages is an advantage).
